The salary was always paid on time.
Dislikes
There was no growth in our department because the manager never gave a rating of “exceeds expectations” during appraisals ,As I completed my all tasks .And they never gave us an opportunity to advance in the department.
They always acknowledge employees good work and appreciate them.
Digitalisation in work which reduce paper work.
Maintain good Interpersonal relationships with staff.
Salary should be according to employee’s experience.

Nothing special
HR service only
Dislikes
...ll with staff keeping always in pressure not teaching how to handle a situation especially in liver transplant icu
No bonus no pay for extra or double duty
...work they pressured to do double shift and they said we give you food but they
did not pay of your double shift work
And briefing waste of time your working hour is 6 hour or night time 12 hour but after you complete your duty hour you should wait to your senior for briefing and they take your 1 to 2 hr. In briefing and you can't take rest after that because that briefing is very depressing 😔
Work culture leaves a lot of room to want more!
Toxic administration - unnecessary interference in patient management, but they seem to disappear when their support is actually needed in certain cases.
A lot of admins have ZERO idea of the ground realities
Poor support staff to patient ratio - mostly the brunt is borne by the Medical staff for this as the attendant believes the Doctor is responsible for EVERYTHING, including cleaning and diet services.
HR believes they are the only ones who have the company interest at heart.
Admins will popularize and circulate all the GOOD reviews for them and all the BAD reviews for clinical teams in the internal groups, creating unnecessary pressure. Other way around, and those reviews are swept under the carpet. You may be reprimanded for a bad review, nut never appreciated for a good review.
The appraisal process is poor and you WILL feel unappreciated.
Benefits are non-existent and not even basic healthcare is properly covered, when compared to other corporate companies or even smaller hospitals, which is ironic - this being one of the larger hospital chains in north India.
