Worst ever Hr leadership, I don't know why company always market simar as empathetic hr leader

Dislikes

Shifting whole office on request of couple of leadership team members with salary in crores and chauffeur driven car. None cares about the the lower level employees as they are the only one getting suffered financially, physically and mentally

Max Group is one of the largest Company in Bangladesh. Max Infra is the leading entity of the group but other sister concern also rapidly developing..... excellent working environment, corporate culture, moderate management etc. Happy to be a proud member of the Group

Dislikes

Since the Company is very rapidly developing. So all it's departments need to update with the modern system, use latest technologies, HR policies to develop. Overall, I do not dislike to work here.......
