Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? There is nothing to like such things. No professionalism, no work life balance, directors themselves doesn't know professionalism and only says to employee that be professional.

Dislikes

Directors only pressurized their employees, only they need is output from employees. They don't value their employees.

Very bad environment, no one supports, everyone is having attitude problem, no salary, no growth, company policies are bad, dirty washrooms.

Dislikes

No salary, work environment is very bad, lot of work pressure, director treats us like a slave, barks like a dog, don't have manners how to speak with employees, don't get salary for employees. Had a very bad experience in this company.
