I am working for past 1& half years I didn't found anything for which, I would dislike company, as the work culture is very good,the good about come is they worry & think about employees of the company.

Max cement is a great company to work for. Driven by a very professional leadership team, it holds an excellent work culture which ensures the optimal output from its work force. The organisation provides ample opportunities for a professional to grow both horizontally and vertically. Due to its benchmarked productivity per person , it ensures optimized performances from its resources. The organisation has a clear vision of its STP and LTP which negates any kind of ambivalence from the growth projectory. The organisation is a fine example of success through collaborative action. I wish the max cement team all the very best for its future.

The organisation is a great company to work for . However ,i would like it to grow pan India and become a cement behemoth in days to come. Presently it is confined to North eastern part of India only
