The Induction provided is good, one can learn much during the training days. Pay is average and depends upon your last performance and experience.

Dislikes

The growth is very slow and pressure is very high and there is so much politics in the company. There is no proper work culture, Somtimes i worked from 10 a.m. to 12 midnight and being a female employee there is no security. Managers have a very poor character towards female employees and they play high politics. Instead of uniting the employees they break the relations and create poor environment. I will definitely not suggest this company for females.

Job security is good. Plus if you are in any department other than sales/ops, you can have a good work life balance.

The base is salary is lower than that of industry standards for lower and lower middle level mangers

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Good work environment and culture. But back office management is not transparent. Company policies are good, but in the PF management are not supportive it's unsatisfied his work..

There is a lot of politics in the management side. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.
