Biasness in everything if you're a male. Unjust policies. No induction for new hires so you must find out yourself how to get things done here. Never join this company even if there aren't alternatives available.

Job security is good. Plus if you are in any department other than sales/ops, you can have a good work life balance.

The base is salary is lower than that of industry standards for lower and lower middle level mangers

Good work environment and culture. But back office management is not transparent. Company policies are good, but in the PF management are not supportive it's unsatisfied his work..

There is a lot of politics in the management side. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.
