Good Office Space for Customers, not staff. ( A large hall is divided and the staffs are sitting there. When the call comes, it is not possible to speak properly because of the sound )

My experience at Mavexentr left much to be desired. The company exhibited blatant partiality among its staff, fostering a toxic work environment rife with office politics. One of the most glaring issues was the lack of a cohesive work culture and team coordination. Instead of utilizing a proper CRM system, the company relied heavily on outdated Excel spreadsheets, showcasing a severe lack of organizational efficiency and technological advancement. Furthermore, there was a disturbing lack of ventilation in the office, making the work environment uncomfortable and potentially hazardous to employees' health. To add insult to injury, Mavexentr failed to provide essential benefits such as PF, further demonstrating their disregard for their employees' well-being and financial security. Overall, Mavexentr's poor work culture, absence of proper systems, and prevalence of office politics make it a regrettable choice for prospective employees.
