Lack of information availability, Lack of a process in recruitment and onboarding, uncertainty in "go to person". Very slow growth in some departments. Irregular and varied contral policies among business divisions. Visible and audible negetivity at work place. Exisstance of minor language preferences. Very less scope for IJP's. Scope for implementing a lot of contemporary system's and policies in place. Takes a lot of No's for innovation. Good exisstance of funds and thought leadership but less capable people to execute and present it. Very less preference for employeess engagement.

More works, ask for updates every day Team leads assigned user stories also u have to work Hike is less, work is more, no promotion, no on-site opportunities No diwali, Christmas, ugadhi celebrations No bonus, no sweets Free Medical checkup time waste(call hospital promotion purpose) U have to work on shift bases, but they won't pay shift allowance. In policy they mention 9am to 11pm is general shift
