Management is at least hearing what employees are saying. Job Security is good if you are willing to upskill yourself. You can expect a work-life balance until you get escalations.

Dislikes

Salary is below par level with industry. No allowances for noon/night shifts. Strict company policies and poor innovation/creativity. No recognition for the work/extra work done.

Indian salary ontime. depend on your luck you will get good manager. some HR guys are good, They will provide you what exactly need.

On site, people is like orphan, They didn't provide per diem on time l. Family visa is just a wish. They will send as worker not as professional.

... in good project and will be elevated to higher position if the work is good. Salary will be credited on time Support team like IT, Admin and Finance are easily reachable Can easily get onsite opportunities

... during appraisal we will get feedback like expectations are not met properly 5. So many Senior leadership layers who does not play any major role in the program but they are paid more whereas the employees who work hard for project are provided with less salary

Great company for freshers who are interested in Software testing. Have multiple opportunities for trainings and skill development. Good company culture and work life balance.

Dislikes

Overall salary and appraisals are average. If you work hard and stand out then you will definitely get promoted.
