Management is at least hearing what employees are saying. Job Security is good if you are willing to upskill yourself. You can expect a work-life balance until you get escalations.

Salary is below par level with industry. No allowances for noon/night shifts. Strict company policies and poor innovation/creativity. No recognition for the work/extra work done.

After one week they told they can't afford the package which I asked and offered a very low package saying they don't have budget. If they don't have budget they should have the informed the candidate before doing all this.

Company culture - No strict hierarchy structure, Tolerance level is high, higher managers are easily reachable and your feedbacks are addressed then and there. Onsite opportunities(Before pandemic)

The culture and the people around are really good, knowledgeable, supportive and fun to work with. You would get a taste of both functional as well as technical stuffs in some projects too which is really helpful.

Leave policies are just average, pay scale is average and onsite pay is way too less in some projects
