Lack of information availability, Lack of a process in recruitment and onboarding, uncertainty in "go to person". Very slow growth in some departments. Irregular and varied contral policies among business divisions. Visible and audible negetivity at work place. Exisstance of minor language preferences. Very less scope for IJP's. Scope for implementing a lot of contemporary system's and policies in place. Takes a lot of No's for innovation. Good exisstance of funds and thought leadership but less capable people to execute and present it. Very less preference for employeess engagement.

...et you use the full benefit of that leave. So basically it's just a showcase. 3. Appraisal meeting/Salary. The manager will decide your rating and then come to an appraisal meeting. I never faced this or heard this but it happened in my case.

Management is at least hearing what employees are saying. Job Security is good if you are willing to upskill yourself. You can expect a work-life balance until you get escalations.

Dislikes

Salary is below par level with industry. No allowances for noon/night shifts. Strict company policies and poor innovation/creativity. No recognition for the work/extra work done.
