Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

This inatitute's best part was their work culture, friendly environment. Management and higher authorities are always being ready to adopt latest technologies and innovations.

Dislikes

The weakness of the institute is politics. I believe in work hard, give performance and grow fast. I don't like to pull other legs and move ahead. People their are doing the same. Trying to pull others legs. If you have guts show your talent and prove yourself.
