The way founders behave, if anyone wants to be narcissist, there can't be a better place then this...Pinnacle of incompetence in execution couples with flooding over confidence and denial.

... of TATA, Mahindra,Maruti Bosch, Bajaj) but actually they have all been fired...Only politics with continus salary delays . Basic thing as simple as electricity or even Tea is not available. If you perform, your boss will feel insecure and hire a senior for you . If you don't they will fire you for incompetence..Also who ever has worked here will understand that never join IIM PGPX as all the garbage of that institute has been dumped in this company.

Flexible timing but working late always, nothing much, office in standby mode made, ac don't work

Salary always suspefull, not sure after 3month will get. No money to release part, no timeline for vendors. everyone running there own with heavy expenditure without any business value addition. People frequent ch ages difficult to make repo.

Really good product that they are building and the founders seem really confident about the product. Ton of learning opportunity.

Terrible work culture, everyone operates based on telephone calls, horrible vendors to have tied up with, salary cycle is horrible.

Team leaders and manager are so helpful with you and their behaviour also good and team members are also friendly and helpful always.

behaviour of HR is so unsatisfactory, and Salary timing also varies.

Workflow is slow comparative to my old organisation. There is no salary corrections done, too much biasing for employees from management
