Overall company is not safe for employees. Complete salary money is also not given to employees. Company has no policy to work smoothly. Company not paying salary to the person who left company even after giving notice of one month.

Dislikes

Owner not care of officers and employees. He insult officers in front of junior staff and always try to cheat every employees.

Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
