Soo many things to dislike . No salary time , only 3 Sunday off, only 3 staff ..no over time money, no over time fooding , if do full night work then also u have to come tomorrow otherwise it will be absent. Owner can scold you any where any time infront of any one using abusive language....soo many things are there .... infinity....

Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
