This is good job for students.there are 9.30 hours shift in a day.we are responsible to get them 9.30 hours login time including tea break and lunch.vaccancy is available all time.there are 3 types of shift. 1st 8.00 am to 5.30 pm 2nd 9.30 am to 7.00 pm and last 10.30 am to 8.00 pm .

Dislikes

The disadvantages of this company is- The high last salary of this company is 10 thousand 500.No promotions opportunity. You become a supervisor of this company after 2 - 3 years and your salary becomes 12,000 .there is no future .not good for serious and career maker person.

Behavior of senior member.

Dislikes

Delay of salary and not enough. Senior manager tell that provide 15000per month but they provide only 11000 per month and reduce convence. Not provide offer letter and job are not secure.

Whole company are depend on favouritism. Specially HR department are worst. HR is here only for photostate. I have wasted my 1.6 years in this company. And when I asked for experience latter, no one in the whole company was going to answer me. And sometimes here the whole team of seniors together target one person.
