The Employers are abusive. They will personally and mentally harrass you untill you quit, and never pay your salary despite repeatedly contacting them. Something I have witnessed happen to 3-4 former Interns who were forced to work like permanent skilled employees and then humiliated for being an intern despite their best attempt. They will block you so that you can't ask for your salary either. Plus, you'll be manipulated into working for 10 other job profiles as those people will quit during your stay. There are tons and I am just tired as Ramjit Ray, the boss and his secratary, Arunima, might come and shout at us with their sadist, cheap and casteist and disrespectful tongue and unprofessional and violent actions.

Here job security is horrible and policies get changed as per management wish, no employee concern in those aspects. Management is complete opportunistic. Specially during COVID-19 this company concern towards their employees is really horrible. There is no bench period concept here. As long as you are billable, you safe else you are in trouble to the hell. Unethical/Un professional I would say.

Teammates - No team structure in some client areas. Job Security - Terrible, no bench period. career growth - Poor appraisals - Just for name sake travel - No moving allowances work life balance - You will be asked to work on weekends as well
