Worst organization I have ever come across. No job security you will be asked to sit on bench any time without any pay for months and months. Worst management. Director's wife intervene in everything without having any knowledge only craving for money and shouting all the time. No life and career in this organization. Enter at your own risk. No training have to learn everything on your own.

...ry matter with zero technical knowledge and shouting all time craving for money. No support from management even if you do good job no appreciation no bonus nothing and less with no hike after 1 year.

If you are a hard worker so you will have lots of opportunities to learn new things from production to Business development .

If you are good experienced person still must not expect good salary here never talk about leaves you will have to work most of the sundays also. Small working area even not a specific space for lunch have to take on your working station. Air conditioners rarely work. Lots of work pressure. And if you try to personal work from home you will be terminated and black listed. Basically this company is for freshers and who are hard worker.
