No job security, salary is irregular not on time , no Hr policy, Hr jibin is puppet, only Razi Ahmed playing politics and he didn't have any knowledge of Flavour industry he is from Bakery Industry and always insult each and everyone during meeting. All Ex colleagues are forcefully resigned without given them salary and expense and when they enquired about them Hr and Razi Ahmed being threatened to issue Termination Letter and Legal steps and they simply blackmailing the candidates. Mr kunju knows all the things but he remains silent all the times.
