Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Good fitness gym bt there is no career opportunities I started work here and our team do his best to run this company and our team really doing his best job and help to really establish the company we built this company but there is too much buttering that's way our whole team resign form these company Thanking you Regards Arshad Ansari Fitness trainer

Main major thing is the company only want results and don't provide any incentive the owner behaviour is like a big brother but they gradually starts to hire there own relatives that's the negative things
