Sometime management was not good in term of salary and work they pressurized to work after working hours even holiday as well.

...have seen good people leaving the organisation because of no guidance by senior. My salary is 60k in hand while appointing. Since June, July, August total salary I received is 60k and 24 days more but still they make people work as a Labour from Mon - Sun

Senior only can do their tab entry and they do not care about their team who is performing or whom to motivate

Please don't go here they don't provide salary they Saturday Sunday holiday but they call they gulp your salary there in July and August 2018 nearly 12 people resigned and it included Seniors and Team leaders too. Hectic company
