Only salary on time, rest of all worst and bad experience

Dislikes

There is lot of Politics, Favoritism, No job security. No support from the management. No work life balance. We have to work for 24hours, expect us to work after reach home. No additional pay for that. Low salary. No importance given for your experience. They don't know how to treat the employees. Freshers only can join and learn the skills.

The company is open to work. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that prepare the high quality reports. I also like the employee rehire policy here. Whole employees are celebrating the matrix day in yearly once it's so good to our mind
