There is no career growth at all..Manager is a egoistic person if everything is favorable and he likes the person than only he helps and gives growth..he anything if raise against him he keeps in mind and he shows torcher.I feel very bad to work 7 years in such a company..I lost my complete career in matrimony...Whoever do chugli those only survive and get next level...I left matrimony in a worst position because of Mnager and HR...he have to do overtime...No appraisals for seniors..They don't give respect for the tenurity..Company is good but who are working so many years expect next level..The manager interlinks all other personal things with next levels
