Department team is good but the higher management and HR & admin is very bad.

...ored by the company, Higher management and HR and admin think they are like God. They talk like that they giving salary and helping us for doing nothing. The culture of Higher management is very cheap. No accomodation, no good canteen facilitie, no good travelling facilities, not good chair. Shift people are the sufferer most.

Chairman,MD and COO all of them are of very humble character. One on one discussion can be only possible in this organisation.You can put your statement in presence of higher management in very easy manner.

Difference in salary for similar post is just about to double,if one is getting 16lpa on manager position another manager is getting 30lpa it's only due to irregularities during salary negotiations by HR and their team during joining..someone is being given 30% hike and someone is given 10%...

Salary among the same position is too much differed...around 15 lakhs of ctc's difference is present in managerial position...no one is watching the issue and gap is broadening on YOY basis...neither any steps taken to minimize the gap.

Employees are not getting salary, upper management has no clue what is going on in the organization, company is going through financial crises. False promises at the time of joining.
