They are average,they are not pay masters,but people are good, earlier before lockdown it used to be awesome place to work,post management change their numbers quality everything detoriated.

Dislikes

When whole industry gets appraisals and promotions by April or May they make you wait till November and then you get paid on areers till Dec jan,worst among al. They are not upgrading themselves as per time.

...upport and huge job pressure is given. Also they are asking employees to resign. Salary cut off is also faced by the employees.

Dislikes

Not a safe place to work for woman employees. Working in a sexist and mysogynistic environment.

There is nothing to like on this company,very bad work culture.Completely worse HR department,nothing to grow and very bad salary hike.HR people do not have any intention on employees matters.

Dislikes

... is the managers,they are not skilled people.Third one is very bad work culture.The last one is very bad salary.

Less pay Less employee orientation No welfare activities 6 day working day Delay in every HR related activities like KRA setting, performance reviews, appraisal, promotion Hence KRA is not planned work will 90% will.be different from what was proposed
