Only thing I like about mathiyan was the behave of the company owner they were really down to earth . They always listen to their workers, employees every problem.

Likes

Overall experience with mithaiyan was good but their management was not so good . In August I had given resignation and got clearance but till now my salary is on hold.

Dislikes

Company is not so bad but the management of the company is worst I'll suggest if you're fresher only then join Mathiyan otherwise big NO.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations.
