This not something I dislike but since it is a fast growing company there are times when the workload can feel a bit overwhelming. However, this is often balanced with quieter periods

1. The company is not able to understand who is a good employee and who is bad employee 2. The company does not understand many people who work with sincerity and loyalty 3. Please don't believe that you can suddenly bring someone as leader and bring big changes in business it will take time 4.Dont believe that just being terribly stressed will bring good result to everyone
