Due to covid major good point is no salary issue, otherwise average environment to me. All medical facility they provided that's totaly so good on this time period.

Dislikes

Less opportunities and no promotion... Till last 5yr. No salary increment.

Very bad, i m a staff nurse here. Minimal salary, so much workload, management very poor, no respect. Would recommend none to join here. Many good hospitals paying much more with respect.

Bad work environment and culture. Although my teammates are supportive but the management’s behaviour was too poor against us. Company policies are very bad, no appraisals. And talking about so let me clear one thing they are not even paying salaries of employees.

Dislikes

Nothing to say good. Everything is bad, there is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions.
