I had worked in 3D Design Team, it was a great work experience as i got an opportunity to learn a lot about product as well as gained software knowledge. Team was very supportive and each member helped me a lot. Got an opportunity to learn about Reverse Engineering with working on 3D scanned data gives me lot of learning.

Salary structure is less, with less appraisal %

Team mates are supportive good work culture . Cafeteria is not good. company policies are not good and do not pay as per the roles and responsibilities.Other benifits are not given by the management.

Culture:-My organization has nice work Culture and allows employees to work freely, also there is good support from seniors and employees are motivated and appreciated for their efforts.

Dislikes

Food:- Here is a not good canteen facility and delicious food, veriety and quality of food is worth not mentioning here. But there is provision of food for those who keep the fast. there is no bus or taxi facility for commuting whithin the company premises.

Quite a bit to learn (If you come with learning attitude).. as the organisation is in its maturing stage.. new processes and policies.. open to new technologies and experimentation.. No undue pressure to deliver/timelines

Dislikes

Compensation/appraisal not as per standards.. HR policies a bit not in favor of employees... External training's/skill up-gradation opportunities not provided.. sometimes have to struggle for basic facilities..
