I'm working their approximately six months where i lean manything but some times i feel that it's not a good platform to grow our life. it's third party based company some times during on working we need to travel too long distance. this company is only think about there related to works.

The company work culture is not ok they didn't sign any contract with me and not even said that you have to serve notice period when i quit my work they did not pay me about 8 days salary saying you didn't serve notice period. They didn't mention anything about it before joining and even there is bus facility for casual workers but for maswer workers didn't have bus facility and also casual and engineers are paying is same.

I worked maswar automative pvt limited .during the period of my service it's was great to learn quality through 5s standard and layered process audit and 7qc method to avoid the rejected part and supply the quality in processing to supplier need according to iso auditing

Dislikes

I felt that salary for fresher it's was good for early stage but they provide the same for experience candidate and person who stay away from the state doing work also look for their accomdation within their salry was not satidified one
