Remuneration part is the only thing which is good.

They have an SLA for 2yrs. They can hold your salary for 2-3days sometimes. If your are in sales then 18-20days of continuous travelling will be there. Without any prior notice they can terminate the employees. No proper training will be given to you if your are in sales.

Fresher and Experienced employees who got the offer from this company please do not join this company. I think you get the offer of implementation support engineer or marketing or development or tester. Please do not this company. The notice period is 3 month and management behaviour is very bad ,it's my personal experience and I have given my reference to my multiple friends they are harrassed by management. You know when you leaving the office after serving the notice period ,they will mention on your final document, your working process was very slow you are not able to do the task and you have not good knowledge like that words in your feedback.

...y please go , I am 100% sure you will suffer with politics and micro management. They are also holding the salary ..... I was working in Mumbai but nagpur have same problem.

Low salary package, fake promises of good increment, they even don't provide increment letter by themself, worst HR policies, worst HR, poor technical knowledge, bad language by superior, performing candidate get overloaded by work, u can't had lunch with team if they are using canteen facilities u need to sit separately, worst transport facility where senior got priority to have seat in bus, HR policies got changed after every week, security guards are very rude and mannerless, transparent seating arrangement will made you uncomfortable at working place, flexible timing is a fake promise they deduct salary

The workspace and work culture here is ideal how one thinks the company should be. The seniors are helpful and team is supportive. Started working here as a fresher and not regretting the decision. Encouragement to open communication and leadership is here. It's been a month and I'm enjoying working here.

Alternative Saturday working but it's fun as it's a half day.

2 year Bond completely in Company’s favor. Horrible Work Culture- It is run like a school. Absolutely no job security- They can fire you at any time. The HR Head (Ritika) is very rude and unhelpful. No proper procedure for anything.
