Good Learning platform but Salary is not happening ontime... having liquidity crunch.. every years they are not showing profit.. compensation is also below industry standards. Individual driven company.

...arning due to significant amount of students and well maintained infrastructure. Salary growth is quite good for freshers.

Dislikes

For freshers it is one of the best institute, but not for experienced.But after 3 years your chance of learning will slow down as you will not get a quality of students as according to your experience. Institute favour super senior teachers and try to demotivate you in silent way.

...e worst part becoz I think one should not stay there for more than 2-3 years. 5. No delay in Salary and Appraisal depends on your performance and behaviour.

1. They deduct 15% of your salary each month as TDS and security upto 5 years And returns it when you leave the job..Actually they return it very late almost after 8-9 months after leaving the job. 2. The worst part is they don't have any new updation in there policy. No updated modules, assignment, etc. Actually we can't say it to be a jee/neet preparation coaching , it's just a board level coaching (as said by most of the students). 3. The most important is the load of extra classes. I always hated it. ( It's just a torture to teach forcefully to those students again and again those who are always irregular or inattentive in classes) 4. Salary they offer is least in the market Overall, MasterMind is good for you as a beginner but my advice Never stay there for more than 2-3 years.

Mmc is the best place for fresher's...here a person can learn a lot of things regarding teaching...as it provides you the well established platform to learn, improve in a calm environment..and the director of institute is very supportive and cool nature. After working 2 or 3 years one can feel a lot of improvement in the way of teaching and knowledge enhancement, if he/she loves his profession...and MMC provide all support for this..

Dislikes

Holiday is Monday, in stead of Sunday. Institute is open in many gazetted holidays.
