Nothing is good in this company, worst company I have ever seen u don't get salary In time, they always deduct some portions from your salary, senior manager and senior credit executive work load u like that u r the servent, they don't even friendly, senior manger and senior credit executive is like mae tujhe sikhauga tujhe, alag sae paisa dena padega apne salary ka, they said koi ceez free ki nhi ayegi tu kam kar raha hai company kae liye hamara kya profit hai they talk like this, worst company don't join...

... branch, if u do work properly then also they shout u and they say if u want ki ham tujhe sikhaye toh apne salary ka kuch portion dena padega, isme to company ka fayda hai hamra kya, akshay chavan is good unse sikhne mila thoda rude hai but person is good,

Worst Company ever the rules of the company changes anytime according to their wish they treat employees like a servant Job security is zero because the manager, director make you work like a donkey putting so much of work pressure and every month there used to be some deduction in salary and when asked for explaination the director will talk in a rude manner and tell employee to resign if he says something

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
