Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

Co operation and coordination between employees.

Dislikes

( 2.Not using Agile methodology. 3.Upper Management not core competencies. 4.Salary deduction if you are late. 5.Only one leave per month. 6.Don't have any type of documentation before starting a project. 7.Overall 6 holidays in a year ( 2 are Sunday). 8.Majority of hiring is fresher. ( no learning for them) 9.HR know nothing about technology and Agile methodologies.

The company environment was good. Friendly nature. Got the opportunity to learn different things which is really helpful for my professional growth.

Dislikes

Management was not good. Not understanding The salary was always credited late. Management insulted the employees in front of everyone.
