Co operation and coordination between employees.

Dislikes

( 2.Not using Agile methodology. 3.Upper Management not core competencies. 4.Salary deduction if you are late. 5.Only one leave per month. 6.Don't have any type of documentation before starting a project. 7.Overall 6 holidays in a year ( 2 are Sunday). 8.Majority of hiring is fresher. ( no learning for them) 9.HR know nothing about technology and Agile methodologies.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more.
