Poor work culture, poor HR management, poor company policies, no place for smart employees. Employees only sustained if he/ she is good in buttering to management. Only YES sir people can sustained. No one taking about improvement in process.

Specifically East team management is ptethetic . Due to merger and acquisition lot of people left that organization and HR hiring any xyz sales people even in team leader role who never worked in construction chemical or sometime people are not even civil engineer . They make this beautiful organization hell . Realy poor condition now .
