Likes

Work freedom about implementation new or modified QMS procedures for resulting robust product and process quality. Team support of other departments is one of the best positive point. The focus of Management & HR Team is towards opportunities to improve employee's skill and business growth. New product learnings which are being used for digitization.

Dislikes

Working time 9am to 6pm and Monday to Saturday is little bit extra which is difficult to maintain work life balance.

Nothing is likes to tell about this company present experience is very bad.

Dislikes

Pressuring the people. Assigning tasks to people without identifying there ability. Work life balance is not good so far. There is huge gap between commitment and in actual action. Highest are so horrible they doesn't know anything just keep pressurising to complete the work without knowing the time required to execute.
