Few senior management people have sevice company culture, No hybrid model work. We have to go to office everyday and there is a attendance sheet. This is not expected from a product base company.

Micro management is very much where people managers try to look for reason for like Sick leaves, WFH. They want us to maintain 20 trackers for updates which they need. Especially QA Managers are very un professional and don’t know what is work culture in IT. If you are technically strong then no one can even touch you

Likes

Management really looks for what employees think and contiously seek feedback from them to improve the organisation. Lots of employee oriented programs keep happening very often. Benefits provided to employees are really good. Appreciation and recognition is very much focused towards employees.

Nothing to mention or to pin point anything specific.

Great work life balance. I never had to extend my work hours. Supportive management. Got chance to work on latest technologies. Innovations and new ideas are welcomed. Good benefits like free transport and free snacks. In house Gym. Many recreational activities

Salary is average. Not pretty sure about the promotions as I have joined recently (< 1 year)

Please please don't join in this company', This is US based organization started recently in Hyderabad. At US level company is very very good. While setting up Hyderabad they bring the manager from service based companies. These guys don't know Agile process works. If you join your career will lost.
