It's only suitable for either entry level or for ready to retire. Common work, no promotions, onsite people can do anything anytime, no collaboration between team mates and with onsite teams.

Few senior management people have sevice company culture, No hybrid model work. We have to go to office everyday and there is a attendance sheet. This is not expected from a product base company.

Micro management is very much where people managers try to look for reason for like Sick leaves, WFH. They want us to maintain 20 trackers for updates which they need.
