Salary Issues. CMD/CFO/ Higher Authorities Gets A Cut Magrin From Contractor Bill , Thats Why They Are Least Bothered About Their Workmanship Productivity. The Company Is 25Years Old But Still They Have Issues In Funds. During My Tenure The Salary Disbursement Was Hold Of 11 Months As Of Today 14/12/24 , Salary/ EPF Disbursement Hold Is For Approx 26 Months.

...e company they always mention that we don't have then you have to wait and wait. Job security sucks they are fraud about the salary they fired you without any intimation and eat your salary until you had to file a case on them, work culture is like thieves management unmatured don't know how to talk.

Dislike nothing is likable about the company they make a fake promise in fact if you have any problem they won't receive your call instead saying I have no money take care by your side. if you join this company your life will be in the gutter like hell.

I left in two months and had a zero day notice period contract.... They still did not give my last months salary... I finally had to send them a court notice upon which they released my partial salary.. They still owe the remaining salary to me....

Everything in the company is worst that you can imagine it is just like black hole in your carrier, save your life do not join the company in any grade the just won't work but won't pay you any salary any TA DA or anything just fake commitment and fake promises
