I like staff. We all employees are do's happy work. I suffer lots of work load but I enjoy it because of happy staff.

Dislikes

Salary & apprisle is not get as per persons dedication & work. Emergency work is so pressurise to employees. Department wise work not done. I have work of material delivery, count school material, clean tables on diwali vacation etc. Not any facilities for employees-PF, Medicliam, gratuity, etc. Never take any suggestions from ground level employees.

Yes because education gaving students and encourage students who not prepare of his early age there no critaeria any age do study that is best part

Actually work best part but there some surrounding people losing enthusiastic who do work there and losing hopes

I like the objective of the Masoom Program as an organization is working night school program. I personally felt this is the need of people who are willing to study but due to family and financial need they have to work. but due to the Masoom night school program, they can achieve their dream. There is a lot to learn.

Dislikes

The senior team should give equal respect to everyone. if we want to build a good team we need to trust our team members, guide them to give constructive feedback. As a team, we can create a healthy atmosphere for each and every one. rather counting work hours should focus on work productivity. which can help the team to balance their work life. also, appreciation to them helps them to motivate to do more work.

Likes

This organisation managed to provide basic needs for students like providing books, mid time nutrition,etc. I have also heard that they are providing career opportunities for poor students. Students are given career counseling so that they have bright future. Volunteers are really very humble. They were very ambitious and hardworking. They were very friendly, approachable and dedicated.

Dislikes

Actually students were not taking any initiative to co-operate with us The saddest part was they used to work in day time abd come to school at night They were least interested to learn anything from us Some of the students were really very smart and intelligent Students were aloof from some of the benefits provided by organisation
