The Company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I think it was time for me to move to new challenge in my life. my job was great but i wanted some growth for myself. so that I could learn more in the field. my last job gave me great learning experience and that has made me into the person that i am today which is why ,i always aim to achieve more than i am expected to for that reason i wanted a job that could keep me on my toes and this new role seems like the one i am looking for.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. sometimes , i have to work 14-24 hours straight in a days as i have to attend client meting in the deveining sometimes late into the night. managers do not value an individuals' unique strengths. late into the might.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations.
