Small startup company scamming freshers by telling they provide internships with stipends but they don’t pay you anything, even if you work for year they don’t pay you and at the end they don’t even provide with certificates( internship and experience). CEO of the company itself is a scammer.

As I have seen there is nothing to like but yes they teach how a manipulative bosses act and how they fool the employees. But you will learn after this company boss make fool of you.

...o join this organization please ensure that everything is documented in writing. Do not rely on verbal assurances regarding salary hikes, project details or payment timelines. Here is what I experienced 1) The employer often promises a salary increase after 3-6 months but does not deliver.Instead, excuses Such as you alone should complete the full project or deny to hikes. 2) Freshers are told that current projects are unpaid as these projects are my friends project and promises once the new project comes I will start the payment of 5 thousand. The promises are often remains unfulfilled. 3) Discussion around salary or hike or other benifits are frequently redirected or manipulated leaving employees with no clarity or resolution.
