only profit oriented management not caring employees

...employee care. Still I didn’t find a job and am passing very tough Situation. It’s very sad to say they didn’t pay any compensation as well.

They are paying on time and average salary on the market

Dislikes

Random decisions , Lack of depth from management , Unprofessional Management 2, Termination and threaten for all staff is like " good morning " , Very bad work enthronement specially DBC Many Many issues on process and no ownership from staff to handle or to service the customer well You can also check customers feedback for the bank and you will understand how it's going inside

The work culture is good, with lots of learnings and challenges that help to grow in terms of knowledge and capabilities.

Dislikes

Mashreq does not have promotion policy, hence the salary also will be increased up to certain level. with 100% work from home, management tend to think we are not utilized enough and will lead to overwork

Benefits of the company are really great! Get outsiders for skill development, They pay good shift allowance, interest free loan upto 2 lakhs. Internet expense incurred, etc..

Dislikes

I personally have not got much opportunity to explore much of the work i do because of tight schedule. Minimum one will have to invest 11 hours for BAU alone.

Something I loved the most in Mashreq was compensation and training.

Dislikes

Managers not so motivating, learning, innovation, no work-life balance, no job security to much of politics in terms of growth or change in profile.
