Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

Good work life balance.

Dislikes

Management is like a shop. Neither any ethics nor you found yourself job security. Company fire anyone if the employee do their own decision. Even if you resign, mascot deducted your training and other benifits cost .which is totally unacceptable. Worst experience ever.

Behaviour of ambernath plant lady GM. Always shouted on small things , always scolding people on small things. If she decides to sack you don't matter how much you have talente or obedient employee. She will definitely fired you for nonsense reason. Shed had fired more than 12- 15 person or torture them so much the employee should resign.

Not a only company, i m very satisfied with my company, they give every time support for all employee, in covid 19 lockdown situation, company stand with us, that is enough for us.
