No C-off and Over time to staff after given in CTC. No single rule follows by HR Department. In audit time Or production time no home going you need to stop in company for 24hr/48hr/72hr upto work completions

1. Working hours are 12 hrs for operator to Plant head all positions. 2. Too much attrition rate. 3. No any facilities provided. 4. KRA is on monthly basis without providing any resources 5. No team work 6. Not always paid for convince for office tours at local
