1. Very Bad Culture in company. 2.In the company, targets are set for junior employees by the senior employees. 3.In the company, if there is a problem, junior employees are blamed.

Due inexperience of HR Head & Plant Head (both are dictator in company) , there is no job security. All the time politics in the company. No value to employees & company policies. Corrupted employees are leading the company, so company lost their brand value & MNC standard in the market

Plant Head & HR Head this 2 pair in the company are responsible for useless & bad culture.Not only existing/resigned employees but also vendors,customers,contractors are blaming to Plant & HR Head .so injustice with the loyal & honest employees
