Only managers who are reporting to Plant Head are getting salary hike and promotion. Managers not allowing junior to grow in career, not promoting to junior employees.

Good work environment and culture. Company policies are bad.appraisals are fair and they give limited salary hike and bonus every year

Due inexperience of HR Head & Plant Head (both are dictator in company) , there is no job security. All the time politics in the company. No value to employees & company policies. Corrupted employees are leading the company, so company lost their brand value & MNC standard in the market

Plant Head & HR Head this 2 pair in the company are responsible for useless & bad culture.Not only existing/resigned employees but also vendors,customers,contractors are blaming to Plant & HR Head .so injustice with the loyal & honest employees
