I have set with the HR director and he told me to be honest this the worst company he had worked and he advised me to find better company as all you can imagine are in this company except the salary is higher than other companies

Job security if your performance good and other career growth salary is not big issue because you give better performance company must give better package its my thinking first you join then done job as per company recuriment

Nothing good at masafi, no job security, no respect or trust in employees, no strategy for development.

Dislikes

Bad work environment, low skilled high management, wrong business decisions, very unsecured jobs, working from 8 am till 11pm most of the days .

It's a big company and famous, but it has alot of bad habits they don't keep their employees they fired most of the employees 90% of the employees are new they didn't complete one year from the CEO to workers, there is no secure with the company.

Dislikes

They don't respect the roles and policy of the contract, they play with their employees
