RO and RM salary not provide only commision base working and RO RM BM ASM only joining 2 Monthly salary provide and another month KRA Target Ex- 1 Lac pr 500rs par disbursement

All dear I suggest pls don't go this company all spoil your future Salary hold issue many more problem .pls don't joining this company ...for your future life Only 3 month later hold salay and said that left this company emidalty not good future So I suggest pls do not this company

Outdated product policy Compensation of Frontline officers are not fixed only variable pay No modification in product policy since the inception Company wants to drive profitable business with decades old policy and frameworks

5here is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is not provided of team from last 2 months and career growth is slow .
